ISO 20000- Information technology (IT)

ISO/IEC 20000 is an international standard that allows organizations to demonstrate excellence and prove best practice in IT service management.

The standard allows IT service provider organizations to achieve conformance to a service management system which requires them to continually improve their delivery of IT services.

ISO/IEC 20000 PIN Co. Certification can be used by:

          an organization seeking services from service providers and requiring assurance that their service requirements will be fulfilled;

          an organization that requires a consistent approach by all its service providers, including those in a supply chain;

          a service provider that intends to demonstrate its capability for the design, transition, delivery and improvement of services that fulfill service requirements;

          a service provider to monitor, measure and review its service management processes and services;

          a service provider to improve the design, transition, delivery and improvement of services through the effective implementation and operation of the SMS;

          an assessor or auditor as the criteria for a conformity assessment of a service provider’s SMS to the requirements in ISO/IEC 20000

The adoption of ISO/IEC 20000 has grown quite rapidly in the international arena of IT service providers and it has become a competitive differentiator for delivery of IT services.

ISO 13485-Medical devices – Quality management systems

ISO 13485 specifies requirements for a quality management system where an organization needs to demonstrate its ability to provide medical devices and related services that consistently meet customer requirements and regulatory requirements applicable to medical devices and related services.

Based on ISO 9001’s process approach to quality management PIN Co. Certification, ISO 13485 focuses on what the manufacturer does to deliver safe and effective medical devices.

This standard, applicable on a voluntary base, was designed in particular for medical device manufacturers; ISO 13485 addresses most or all of the quality system requirements in markets including Europe, Australia, Asia and Canada. The US Food and Drug Administration does not formally recognize ISO 13485 certification.

LPG & CNG system inspection in your vehicle:

When you’re issued with the installation certificate, the inspector will also issue you with an inspection certificate – this is valid for one year. As long as the LPG/CNG system remains in working order, regardless of whether you actually use the system, you’ll need to obtain a new inspection certificate every 12 months.

Compressed natural gas (CNG) fuel systems require less maintenance than conventional fuel systems. Mechanics should regularly inspect and replace a filter in the fuel supply line, which removes any oil in the CNG. This filter generally needs to be replaced annually by a qualified service facility; owners should check their owner’s manual for the specific requirements of their vehicle. In some cases filters should be drained of any contaminants on a more regular basis, depending upon the application.

PIN Co. provide for each annual inspection professional inspection and rendering related certificate. The inspector will carry out detailed safety tests and inspect the system components to ensure they are safe before issuing another inspection certificate.

Note: You must not fill up the LPG or CNG system unless the vehicle has a current inspection certificate.
